well this morning i was once again reminded of God's unending protection of his children. yesterday there was quite a storm that went through up here. we thought about it that it was or could have been really bad. but we didn't hear anything till this morning. my cousin's husband was out working with his brother-in-law and he was up on a window sill when all of a sudden he was hit by lightning. my other cousin's husband was right below him and caught him. he started hollering something that they didn't understand. although i think my other cousin's husband that caught him realized what happened. he called 9-1-1 right away and made sure he was alright then ran to the next house and made sure they were alright cause he saw smoke coming out of their upstairs window. i think they were alright though. after he was in the ambulance he called his wife my cousin Gloria and told her that he was alright but she needed to call nathan and dave and tell him that he couldn't milk that evening. they stopped at a gas station and waited for another ambulance to bring heart monitors so they could regulate his heart. then they kept him at the hospital till around 5 evidently then sent him him cause they said he was fine. they did check his muscles and all to make sure they were alright. and they were. so i'm just so thankful to God that he spared his life and protected him and spared his life!!! alright i'll talk to you later. hope you all have a great rest of the week and weekend ahead of you!!

WELL GUESS WHAT!!! WE HAVE SNOW AND ENOUGH TO ENJOY TOO!! IT STARTED SNOWING YESTERDAY AFTERNOON AND I THINK STOPPED SOMETIME THIS MORNING. IT'S SO PRETTY AROUND HERE!!!! WELL I HAD BETTER GO I THINK WE ARE GOING TO GO OUT SLEDDING!!! HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO DO THAT FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS!! I CAN'T WAIT. TWILL BE SO MUCH FUN!!! :):):) well we didn't go sledding then after all the roads were still not the best and alan had to do school. of course he wasn't all that happy about that. but we had fun here then too. merlin's came over then around 4 maybe or before and said that their electricity was out over at their place so they came over here. was a fun evening having them here again. we just played games and talked!! well i should get going. hope you all had a wonderful day. it was very enjoyable here. i would say we have about 8-12 inches of snow!! it's still really pretty!!!!

well alright here i am again!! well i had to have a root canal done on my tooth. i'll save some of the details. but just to let  you know if any of you have the option to try to avoid it please do at all costs. i'm going to try to do everything in my power to try to avoid another one. the dentist Dr. Thompson was very good and very gentle with me. she had to numb it 4 times at least. the one time i could feel them messing around on my tooth and it kind of hurt but i thought well i'll just see how much i can take and then she got the drill and started drilling i think i jumped about a mile. it hurt so bad. so right away she stopped and numbed me again. i had this done at 2 it took about 2 hours exactly well i guess from the time i went back in the room to the time she was done. then too one time i decided again cause i felt bad kind of always telling her that it hurt. then she noticed tears streaming down my face. she stopped immediately and numbed it again. then when she had it out she wasn't quite sure she had it all so she went to get another dr. and see what he thought. he was very gentle too. actually i should say i guess that this was at a dentist university school. and they take emergencies!! they are very good. i think i would go back again if i had to do it all over again. well i should get going. i'm quite tired. see you all later. there's more i could say but i really do need to get to bed. :)
